Kobus Plumbing & Drainage is a partnership business committed to pursuing excellence in customer service. We supply plumbing and drainage services to the domestic and commercial marketplace in the West Midlands. We also offer both reactive and planned maintenance drainage and plumbing contracts to the commercial sector. We take customer satisfaction seriously and are committed to serving the customer and solving their problem.
When you do business with Kobus Plumbing & Drainage you are purchasing a service. We want you to be happy with that service. That is why we will never give a price for a job until the technician has taken a look at. We will always give you a fixed price quote to do the work. The technician has a price book that he will show you, and that is what is used to calculate the cost of any work.
A fixed price quote is valid for 30 days. You can accept the quote and ask us to do the work any time within those 30 days. If you accept the quote and then change your mind that is OK. You can cancel the work any time up until we start work. To start the work we will ask you to sign a work authorisation form to show that you are happy for us to do the work at the price agreed.
On completing the work to your satisfaction we will ask for payment. You will have 15 days in which to pay the invoice. You can pay by cash, cheque, BACS or credit card.
If there is any guarantee with the work undertaken then it will be written on your invoice. All products installed carry a manufacturer’s guarantee.
It is our policy to deal with any matters about work on-site or administrative matters quickly and effectively, avoiding the need for a written complaint wherever possible.
When there is a complaint about work undertaken on-site on that day then in the first instance the office should be contacted. They will listen to your complaint and undertake to resolve it that day or as soon as a technician is available to attend site if we are not already there.
If, after contacting the office, you are still not satisfied with the outcome then please put your complaint in writing to the Managing Director using the address below. You have 28 days from completion of work to raise any complaint in this way. Receipt of your complaint will be acknowledged within 5 working days. The Managing Director will investigate and look to resolve your complaint within 30 days.
