You can ask for a printed fact sheet online. Obviously you’ll need to provide your name, address and the type of fact sheet you need. Your details are not encrypted for transmitting so there is a small risk of unauthorised viewing while the information crosses the internet.
We keep your details after sending you the fact sheet to make sure fact sheets are delivered to you on time, and also, from time to time, we might follow up a request with a phone call to see if we can provide any more help.
